So why do you think Insight Legal is an award-winning legal accounting solution?

I think there’s a variety of reasons; I think different law firms experience different benefits from our software.  But what, I think sticks out for all of them is that legal accounting is at the heart of what we do, it’s as important as case management, it’s as important as practice management, it’s never been an afterthought or an add on.   It’s always been a cornerstone of our solution.

Why do you think Insight is so loved?

What comes across from the feedback we get, is that I think customers really seem to sense that the people at Insight who design and develop the software, have the depth of experience and even an
empathy for the user base, having worked as legal account professionals themselves.  We know their pain points and we have designed our solution around these day-to-day frustrations.

A major key is that we have always been so focused on providing the best support we possibly can.  Our team have an excellent relationship with our customers, they can speak to someone they know, who knows them and knows most importantly how to help them.  The feedback we receive is always so rewarding to the support team.

But why the software specifically?

In terms of the software, I think there’s lots of things to love.

But quite simply I think it may even be the fact that everything is in one place for client and office accounting, that the freedom we facilitate in allowing users to work their way within regulations governed by the SRA, even the efficiencies with MTD, Reporting and Business analytics within Insight

But I think personally, I would sum it up that Insight has an accurate, efficient and compliant legal accounting system within its practice management software.  Ultimately it gives legal accounts professionals peace of mind and in their role peace of mind is generally something quite hard to come by.
