Legal Accounts Software Support / Trainer (Glasgow)

Our current vacancies include an opening in our professional services department for a Legal Accounts Software Support / Trainer.

Due to continued growth, having opened an office in Glasgow, we are looking to recruit an additional member of staff to our support team based in Glasgow.

We are a supplier of Legal Accounts and Practice Management systems to law firms and pride ourselves on the exceptional levels of support offered to our customers. As such, we are looking for someone with a good understanding of Scottish Legal accounts and a sound grasp of technology.

Our aim is to ensure that Insight Legal Software Ltd is at the forefront of its market and in order to best serve our existing clients and to grow the business through the provision of innovation and quality user friendly software.

As an addition to our professional services department in Farnborough and Belfast, this new role is based at our offices in Glasgow City Centre, the main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Providing support and training  of the award winning Insight Legal Accounts, Case and Practice Management Software.
  • Providing support to the Sales Team by providing demonstrations to prospects.
  • Working with our customers to answer questions (both accounts and software related) quickly and effectively
  • Understanding customers’ requirements and communicating these back to the development team and other departments as appropriate.

Candidates must have a strong customer focus with excellent communication skills. A proficiency in IT (including Word, Outlook and Excel) is also essential. SOLAS qualification would be an advantage.

Support & Training Manager (Farnborough)

Our current vacancies include a Support & Training Manager to join our growing team.

Our aim is to ensure that Insight Legal Software Ltd is at the forefront of its market and in order to best serve our existing clients and to grow the business through the provision of innovation and quality user friendly software.

Based at our offices in Farnborough, Hampshire, the main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Design and implement systems and processes for effective planning and management of SLAs and KPIs in a way that maximizes efficiency and productivity
  • Support staff to grow with the business through formal and informal training and coaching, creating a high performing team environment
  • Lead the development of document operating procedures for key business processes to drive quality, consistency and continuous improvement
  • Create constant and effective communication

Candidates must have a strong customer focus with excellent communication skills. A proficiency in IT (including Word, Outlook and Excel) is also essential.

Monday – Friday working hours with occasional travel required to our Scotland and Northern Ireland locations

Software Support and Training Specialist (Farnborough)

Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Farnborough)

Our current vacancies include an opening in our software development department for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer.

We are a supplier of Legal Accounts and Practice Management systems to law firms and pride ourselves on the exceptional levels of support offered to our customers. As such, we are looking for someone with a good understanding of legal accounts and a sound grasp of technology.

Our aim is to ensure that Insight Legal Software Ltd is at the forefront of its market and in order to best serve our existing clients and to grow the business through the provision of innovation and quality user friendly software.

Based at our offices in Farnborough, Hampshire, the main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Ensuring the quality of New Features and Functionality for Insight Legal’s Practice Management System
  • Investigating, Reproducing and Assisting the development team with resolving software defects
  • Creating, Maintaining and Executing Feature and Regression Test Plans
  • Working with the professional services department to maintain an excellent level of service and client rapport

Candidates must have a strong customer focus with excellent communication skills. A proficiency in IT (including Word, Outlook and Excel) is also essential, along with software testing experience and/or qualification.
