Software Support and Training Specialist (Belfast)
Our current vacancies include an opening in our professional services department for a Software Support and Training Specialist.
We are a supplier of Legal Accounts Case Management and Practice Management systems to law firms and pride ourselves on the exceptional levels of support offered to our customers. As such, we are looking for someone with a good understanding of legal accounts and a sound grasp of technology.
Our aim is to ensure that Insight Legal Software Ltd is at the forefront of its market and in order to best serve our existing clients and to grow the business through the provision of innovation and quality user friendly software.
Based at our offices in Belfast, Ireland, the main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Providing support and training of the award winning Insight Legal Accounts, Case and Practice Management Software.
- Providing support to the Sales Team by providing demonstrations to prospects.
- Working with our customers to answer questions (both accounts and software related) quickly and effectively
- Understanding customers’ requirements and communicating these back to the development team and other departments as appropriate.
Candidates must have a strong customer focus with excellent communication skills. A proficiency in IT (including Word, Outlook and Excel) is also essential.
Monday – Friday working hours with occasional travel required to customer sites to deliver on site training
