Attitude of Gratitude: We value our employees, and strive to ensure that they are recognised. We do this in a number of ways. “I first joined Insight in 2016 having worked previously in a technical support role and subsequently a junior accounts position. At that time there were only 2 other people in the support team however the support and training they both provided me has shaped me into the person I am today.
Initially, I was put through a comprehensive training plan to learn all aspects of the software. I was able to shadow my colleague’s high standards by listening to their support calls and training sessions.
I worked in the position of Software Support & Training Specialist for just over 3 years before I was promoted to Senior Support & Training Specialist. I have recently been promoted to Support & Training Team Leader; a great new direction for me at Insight Legal. Having 1:1 peer coaching sessions has enabled me to develop in different areas of the business and assisted me in securing my new role.
