Although relatively satisfied with its previous case management and legal accounts software, John Ford Solicitors recognised shortfalls relating to frequency of system updates and standards of support.

“Of particular note with regards to the last update are the home screen changes. There’s a practical summary of items such as time recordings and recent cases with hyperlinks for convenient viewing of drill-down details. This is a big time saver.
